Arkansas Valley Surgery Center is a freestanding ambulatory surgery center. We are committed to safe, high-quality, patient-centered care delivered by a highly engaged team.
We are home to board-certified physicians who have expertise in several different fields. We believe in compassionate medicine, where patients feel reassured and unrushed. We hold ourselves to the highest of standards, as our center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). Patient satisfaction is our primary goal.

Key Staff
Ryan Allen, Center Administrator
Ryan Allen serves as the new center administrator. He is responsible for the management of day-to-day operations for the clinic.
With a background in cardiology and pediatrics, Mr. Allen has experience managing multiple locations for outpatient cardiology and cardiac surgery services. He worked with a medical records team, call center, schedulers, coumadin clinic, and more.
In a previous role, Mr. Allen oversaw pediatrics in a federally-funded outpatient clinic for about five years. In that position, he focused on assisting patients who had barriers to care.
As a former billing supervisor in a patient accounts department, Mr. Allen worked with commercial billing, payments, A/R, and other responsibilities.
Mr. Allen earned a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Management at Colorado State University.
A military veteran, Mr. Allen served in the U.S. Air Force from 2007-2014. He was stationed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, where he worked in security forces (military police). He deployed to Joint Base Balad, Iraq, and Bagram AFB, Afghanistan.
Mr. Allen is married with two children. He spends many weekends at sporting events, camping and fishing with his family.
